Bow Street Run Report
The Annual Bow Street Run starting from Great Ellingham started off with clear blue skies and a dry day forecast.
The turnout for this event was one of the best turn outs
this year with 33 riders and 6 passengers starting the run from Bow Street.
The route took us through south Norfolk including Attleborough, Bunwell and Shropham finishing up at the Waggon & Horses at Griston for lunch. Bill Sindon did not make the lunch stop as he had a puncture on route, recovery being made by Footman James insurance.

The afternoon route took us up to Swaffham passing through Cockley Cley the home of the Iceni Village then back to Great Ellingham past the wind turbines at Swaffham and with the breeze being so light they were only just turning.
The run finished back at Bow Street where tea and cakes
were available, the first person to sample both was that well known cake
connoisseur Brian Wood.
Our thanks go to all those who came on the run, Cynthia for the admin and Peter & Maggie for the route and refreshments.
