Round Norfolk Run Report
Someone had not been praying to the Sun God for the 35th Round Norfolk Run as the forecast was poor for the majority of the day. The start at the Gull Inn, Framingham Pigot started off damp rather than wet which resulted in the campervan being roped into service as the start office.

The turn out for the event was very good given the forecast, with 36 riders and 1 passenger starting the run heading off for an interesting day. Peter was determined to run his 1927 Triumph Model N and this resulted in his being the only vintage bike on the run.

We met up with the riders at the Kings Arms Blakeney for the coffee stop where we heard that Gerry had problems with his LE Velocette and Brian had a rear wheel puncture on his Velocette Venom, must be something to do with Velocettes!!!.
Both riders arrived late at the coffee stop with Jimmy following round with the backup trailer. Our thanks go to Nic and his staff for the welcome coffee stop.
The route round to the lunch stop took in Hunstanton and Kings Lynn and the worst of the weather, the new lunch stop being the Foldgate Inn at Stradsett.
The completion of the run at the Gull Inn finished with tea, coffee and buffet which was welcomed by all the riders, followed by the rewards ceremony, this being in two parts as a number of riders wanted to get off home and dry out.
