The Short Long Run

I decided to make this run a “B Road Run” for classic bikes with a minimum amount of junctions and flowing roads.
Start time 10 for 10.30. Nice bright morning after previous days, much needed rain and 18 bikes arrive at Deopham Green, several with pillion passengers. Deopham Green Run

10.45 everyone’s away on a 50 mile ride to the Retreat at Stow Upland, where we were given a warm welcome and fast service from a pre ordered menu.

The 30 mile return ride was blessed with warm sunshine, perfect riding conditions, with little other traffic.

So an 80 mile run, good roads, good company, not to early a start, no break downs and finished with time to spare. See you next year.
