Not Quite The Longest Day Evening Run
15 machines joined in the Not Quite The Longest Day Evening Run which occurred 2 days after the longest day. The weather had been very hot during the day and we were promised a warm dry evening.
The route took us from Sprowston to Salhouse where we headed west into the sun cutting through St Faith's and Drayton to run down the Wensum Valley to Ringland Hills.
After Easton we headed east through Bawburgh to Wymondham and then through the back lanes to Hethel then Newton Flotman. The final leg was via Stoke Holy Cross and Poringland before running down the A47 to Postwick finishing at the Sole & Heel Public House for a pint and a natter.
Our thanks go to Mike & Joyce for putting on a good evening Run.
