We (VMCC Norwich) have been asked to show our bikes at Hethersett Hall Care Home from 2pm. Tea & cakes will be provided, for those bringing along bikes, for their residents to see so please see if you can come along.
I have put a 38 mile run on afterwards ending at the Hingham White Hart pub.
