 Kessingland RunA run of approximately 39 miles, from Jimmy’s Cafe, Old Buckenham Airfield, on mainly B roads, through south Norfolk and north Suffolk to Barry Lain’s who featured in Shed and Buried TV program. This is a one way ride

 Castle Acre RunA run through quiet lanes and B roads to The Ostrich Pub or Whittles Cafe at Castle Acre. The return route has been updated, to use roads with better surfaces. Last checked August 2022

 The HeroA run from Carbrooke to the Hero Pub at Burton Overy Staithe, mostly along quiet country lanes, passing a Jaguar Jet and Nelson's birthplace. The return route is similar but involves some "faster B roads. Last checked May 2025
