Kessingland Run
A run of approximately 39 miles, from Jimmy’s Cafe, Old Buckenham Airfield, on mainly B roads, through south Norfolk and north Suffolk to Barry Lain’s who featured in Shed and Buried TV program.

Castle Acre Run
A run through quiet lanes and B roads to The Ostrich Pub or Whittles Cafe at Castle Acre.
The return route has been updated, to use roads with better surfaces. Last checked August 2022

The Hero
A run from Carbrooke to the Hero Pub at Burton Overy Staithe, mostly along quiet country lanes, passing a Jaguar Jet and Nelson's birthplace. The return route is similar but involves some "faster B roads.
